How long we keep information
We only keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes we collected it. This means:
• Customer and contact details – kept for as long as you are an active customer and up to 6 years afterwards, to meet legal, tax, and contractual requirements.
• Machine usage and performance data – kept for up to 3 years to allow us to monitor performance, provide support, and improve our services. Data may be anonymised and kept longer for research and sustainability reporting.
• Enquiries and support requests – kept for up to 2 years after the matter has been resolved.
After these periods, we either delete the information securely or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.
